New Hire Hub
Welcome to Collective Health — we’re so excited to have you here!
Our Onboarding PhilosophyYour first few weeks are all about getting grounded, getting connected, and getting comfortable asking questions. During onboarding, we’ll walk through the tools, people, processes, and context that help you do your best work here, without the “drinking from a firehose” feeling. 🌱
Think of it less like a checklist marathon and more like building your starter map: who to go to, where things live, how we work together, and what success looks like in your role. Along the way, you’ll meet teammates, learn the rhythms of the company, and have space to settle in at a pace that feels human.
❋ Getting
OrientedLearn the foundations of how we work, where to find resources, and how to navigate the tools and systems you’ll use day to day.
❋ Building ConnectionsMeet your teammates, cross-functional partners, and key collaborators while getting a feel for our culture, communication styles, and ways of working together.
❋ Growing Into Your RoleGet clarity on your role, priorities, and expectations through training, shadowing, goal-setting, and hands-on learning experiences.
❋ Ongoing Support & Check-InsOnboarding doesn’t stop after week one. We’ll continue checking in, answering questions, and making sure you feel supported as you ramp up and settle in.
Day One: What to ExpectStarting a new job can be stressful. Our hope is that starting this one is not! ✨
Onboarding Schedule 🗓️-
For your first day, make sure to bring an I-9 acceptable document for in-person verification, and a headset or headphones as we will be conducting some virtual trainings on day one!
-
At Collective Health, we have a generally casual dress code. We seek to promote an environment where employees can express their personal style and dress comfortably. However, we do expect a professional and clean appearance in the workplace. This means avoiding clothing that is revealing (for example, bare midriffs, clothing that reveals undergarments, tube tops, etc.), offensive graphics, or unhygienic/dirty clothing items.
-
Getting to the office varies by location! Make sure to check out our San Francisco, Lehi, and Plano hub pages for specific details!
-
Onboarding will include setting up your new laptop, completing virtual new hire trainings, signing necessary paperwork, learning about our benefits, and getting to know Collective Health.
